Human skin naturally produces lipids to protect and hydrate itself. Grass-fed tallow closely mirrors this composition, making it one of the most bio-compatible moisturizers available. It contains Oleic Acid (softening and conditioning), Stearic Acid (barrier support), Palmitic Acid (moisture retention), and fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Our tallow is fragrance-free. We do not add artificial fragrances. Any scent comes naturally from the oils themselves and fades quickly after application.

For Beard & Face 

 

After washing, apply a small amount of SageTallow to the beard and massage gently into the skin beneath the facial hair. This helps soften the beard while supporting moisture retention and helping to calm dryness and irritation.

Normal or Combination Skin

Apply once daily, preferably after showering or bathing. Use sparingly — a pea-sized amount is often enough for larger areas such as the arms or legs. Allow time for the product to absorb fully into the skin.

Dry or Very Dry Skin

Apply to slightly damp skin after bathing to help lock in moisture. Warm a small amount between your palms before application and focus on areas prone to dryness. Reapply as needed, typically once or twice daily.

Sensitive Skin

Patch test before regular use. Apply to clean, damp skin and avoid layering with heavily fragranced products until you know how your skin responds.

Best practice is to apply at night and use very small amount.

But can be applied any time of day.
